In the years past, I usually racked up about 40-50 concerts a year. This year, I slowed down and went to fewer shows. There are many reasons being that there were few "quality" shows so to speak and those that I did want to go to fell on a weekend that I already had plans or ticket prices were so high that by the time I paid for tickets, gas, food, merch, perhaps lodging, etc, it was well above my budget. There are a few concerts that I would have given anything to attend in 2013: Muddy Roots Festival Summer Edition, Oak Ridge Boys at KY State Fair (that's always on my yearly list), George Jones Memorial Tribute Concert, and Wayne Mills Memorial Tribute concert. Here is a listing of most of the shows that I attended this year. I can't remember all of them unfortunately. Talk about a WIDE variety. Some might surprise you, or even me. haha.
